Very short wait, everything was prompt from pre exam questions, x-ray, to Dr Feng's appearance in exam room. Had no time to check email. Dr. Feng was very clear in his explanations.

I had previously went to TOCA and had several tests and exams that showed I had degenerative cartilage issues. I hadn't been back for a few years and booked with the first available. Feng was running at least 45 minutes behind and he, seemingly, chose me to catch up to get out of the office on time. He literally didn't examine my knee at all. He looked at the x-rays they took and said I really didn't have anything wrong with my knee. He couldn't get out of the room fast enough. He wanted to hear nothing I had to say. HORRIBLE bedside manner! Just seemed like a horrible person!!! Obviously, never even looked at the notes from my many previous visits a few years ago. Just a terrible experience! Do not waste your time with this guy!

I was and am very pleased with Dr. Feng. My hip surgery went smoothly and at 90 days out I’m at 100%. Dr. Feng is very personable and supportive both pre/post surgically and upon all follow up appointments.

I went to Dr. Feng for chronic knee pain. I had my MRI results with me and they took additional xrayed at the Tempe TOCA office. My appointment was over an hour late and the MA asked me the same questions that I answered on the intake. Not very efficient. My very brief meeting with Dr. Feng provided me very little information. I never saw or talked about the xrays. I gained nothing from my visit.

I came in with my daughter because of a chronic condition she has with her knee. Dr. Feng's assessment was that her pain is "normal". I do not believe a 19 year old having chronic knee pain is normal. He was very dismissive of anything she had to say, and insinuated she was fabricating her condition. He was very cold, and seemed too busy to address her concerns. I feel that if you have an easily diagnosed condition, Dr. Feng is probably adequate, but anything unusual, don't waste your time. Dr. Feng came highly recommended, but needless to say I was VERY disappointed. Perhaps he would've taken my daughter more seriously if she had come in with her father instead of her mother.

Dr Feng replaced both my knees. No problems with either after 5 years. I have referred friends and they were glad I did.

In 11/2018 I went to see Dr. Earl L Feng for hip pain. Feng took an X-ray and told me nothing was wrong. I insisted something was wrong as I used to run & now it hurt to walk the treadmill. I told him I have a friend that runs 30 miles with no issues & Feng told me to "run & see what happens ". Feng is rude & arrogant. I am writing this review because I received the results from my MRI for my back & hip & I have 2 partial tears, bulging & deteriorating discs, inflammation fluid, ect. Getting an appointment quickly with Feng certainly came with a price. Save yourself some time, money & aggravation and see another doctor. By-the-way, it was a nurse practitioner that immediately knew it was my back in addition to my hip & ordered the MRI. This issue would already be resolved if Feng was any kind of doctor.
