The office is mainly interested in money. After a $2K surgery (pd in full, on time) there was no postop period included, which they didn't tell me in advance. After 3 visits I got an explanation of benefits from my insurance showing new charges. Had the same surgery elsewhere and they included 90 days of postop care. Speaking w/ them, they did not change their attitude. Just because a doctor CAN charge, doesn't mean it is the right thing to do, esp. if they don't tell you in advance.

After being diagnosed with basal cell ca of face I was referred to Dr. Tribelhorn. The staff was curt on the phone and would not return my phone calls when I tried to get an appointment. After nearly 3 weeks they called to give me an appointment for an evaluation in another month. I gave up on the office and called OHSU where I had the Mohs surgery and reconstruction surgery all before Dr. Tribelhorns staff would give me the first evaluation appointment.
