The Best of the Best

Talented, Skilled, miracle hands!
How beautiful are the mind, heart, and hands of Dr. Paley. I’m truly blessed and honored to have had Dr. Paley as my surgeon. I was completely oblivious to the fact I was in the presence of greatness. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Paley. I honestly don’t know where my life would be without Dr. Paley. Dr. Paley was able to quickly identify my issue and a healthcare plan to fix my issue. I was diagnosed with a rare disease. After 4 years and many orthopedics in the South Florida area not having a clue of what to do, misinformation, and the inability to view me as human, I was fortunate to be sent to Dr. Paley. My life was gifted back to me. I don’t know if Doctors have groupies but I’m a fan for life. Thank you, Dr. Paley

Can’t thank Dr. Paley and Dr. Robbins enough for the care they have given our son. From the beginning they spent time w us going over the procedure, risks, recovery etc. they never made us feel like they were in a hurry. Great Dr.s!!!!! Excellent staff also. The personalized care was amazing.

Excellent Doctor

Achondroplasia Limb Lengthening/Correction
Dr. Paley is an excellent surgeon with remarkable skills that are unique, especially more so for conditions that are rare, unusual and individual. He has given us and many families hope for a better future and quality of life for our children. With hope there’s faith, when there is faith, there is success. Not many possess the intricate skill and knowledge of not only the surgery itself but the implication of any setback that could occur. He always gives more than 100%. We need more surgeons in this world who can do what Dr. Paley can do, and I believe this is the goal he has set for himself, that his knowledge and expertise will continue well beyond his time. We have much to be grateful for. My son has had 3 extensive limb lengthenings of which 2 are 4 segment bilateral leg lengthenings and 1 bilateral humeri arm lengthening. The gap that closes this bridge on a journey we have walked for the last 8 years will begin January 2023. My son’s life has been forever changed positively!

Not the level of care one would expect
My son had limb lengthening. I am a physician and soon realized my son was suffering from a postop infection and blood clots. We had to literally fight for the doctors to acknowledge his infection ( We were told “we don’t treat fevers”) My son was nearly septic and we were sent elsewhere 3 times. Dr. Shannon was the only physician to listen to us and readmit my son for proper treatment. When I reached out to Dr. Paley, the only time he engaged was to make sure payment was made. I recognize the fact that he does amazing work with other children. But our experience was terrible

Dr. Paley and his staff are the best that I have ever dealt with. My two sons and I have had a total of 22 surgeries, and we have been treated by excellent surgeons in numerous facilities including West Virginia University, Ohio State University, Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and Miami Children's Hospital. We had positive experiences at all of them, however, no surgeon or team compares to the team at The Paley Institute. Dr. Paley is awesome, and his team is outstanding.

Dr. Paley is likely the best orthopedic surgeon in the world. He does procedures especially correcting deformities that no others do. His office is filled with people from all over the world. Dr. Paley speaks many languages, including Mandarin, Arabic, and Hebrew. He has a gentle bedside manner and touch.

My husband's foot turned on its side from a stroke and Dr. Paley performed a miracle and now my husband's foot has never turned on it's side again.....thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts .....your are the greatest!!!
