very pleasant and great bedside manner. They were accommodating and quickly made me a new patient. Fast response through the portal. Dr. Moffitt would always reach back out to answer any questions. Initially I was concerned about a lack of communication with the front office and about the overall fertility treatment. Communication improved throughout the process however. My nurse was very responsive and we are happy to have chosen ARMS for all our fertility needs. The clinical team is very knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands.
