Atlanta, GA |
He needs to retire. Just like another some others I was told he was the best in Atlanta. I was taken care of for the most part by the Intern when Dr Mattox came in to the room he looked in both Ears and said i cannot see any thing and there is nothing i can do for you. I was floored he is getting paid good money to not even try to help me with the on going ringing in my ears. Emory need to retire him
in Buford, GA |
After waiting months to see this specialist and waiting in the office for several hours on two different visits, Dr. Mattox spent less than two minutes with me and was not interested in my history. He is highly respected by his peers, and three other ENT's referred me to him. He over books appointments and doesn't spend quality time. I am now totally deaf in my right ear and I believe if he had taken the time to evaluate me a year ago I would have my hearing and balance on the right side.
