My family has used Dr Martini for years. Very solid with regard to knowledge, friendliness, caring and interest. I had a Venous Doppler Study performed early the following day at Rex and did not get the results until mid afternoon after calling to find out the results myself. I found that disappointing.

Dr. Martini is a very thorough and caring physician. He listened to my input to ensure he took my concerns in to consideration. He provided options in my follow up care, but made a recommendation on what was the preferred approach to accelerate my recovery. He has outstanding "bedside" manner and makes you feel like you're his only patient when he's there in the room.

Dr. Martini along with his PA Kevin and the staff at Cary Orthopedics are a great group of healthcare professionals that strive to take care of you and resolve your orthopedic issue. If you have an orthopedic problem this is where you need to go. It begins at the front desk staff who greet you and make you feel welcome, and continues on to the nurses that check you in and make you feel cared for. I would give Dr. Martini's PA "Kevin" a A+, #1 rating. He listens and is very caring and thoughtful. I had to have a series of injections in my knee, and Kevin is so skilled I hardly knew when he put the needle in! The Cary Orthopedics team makes you feel like getting you better is important to them. I have already recommended them to a co-worker who later told me they had a good experience with them also.

Dr. Martini and his team were wonderful before, during and after my knee surgery. Even though I had to wait until "elective" surgery was allowed again due to COVID, the entire experience was amazing and so much easier than I had anticipated. The staff at Cary Ortho are just great.

Have had the distinct pleasure of having the benefit of Dr. Martini's expertise for both his surgical and explanatory skills since 1997. He is absolutely top notch. This past visit I was seen by PA "Kevin" who was brilliant in his examination and treatment of myself and provided me with extremely practical information regarding my injury, treatment provided and follow-up care instructions with clarity.. I can highly recommend both of these providers without question.

Dr. Martini is a highly skilled orthopedic physician and surgeon. He has performed two shoulder surgeries on me in the past and is now treating osteoarthritis in my knee. He gave me a cortisone injection and I experienced no pain. He has a warm and compassionate demeanor and inspires confidence in his patients.

Had neck pain and arm pain. Saw Dr Martini. He diagnosed tendinitis. Gave me a steroid injection. Didn’t improve. Ordered arm MRI. Diagnosed synovial fold syndrome. Another steroid shot. Didn’t improve. Diagnosed with radial tunnel syndrome. Another steroid shot. Didn’t improve. He was flummoxed. I saw another doctor. He immediately ordered a neck X-ray and MRI. Referred me to a spine doctor. I was definitely diagnosed with radiculopathy. Also his PA did not help, even worse than the doctor. Dr Martini put me through 6 months of misdiagnoses, 3 steroid shots, and kept me from getting prompt treatment. What type of doctor doesn’t look at the whole body in diagnosing?

How can I even capture how much I adore Dr. Martini and Kevin? They are so patient, explaining diagnoses and options in plain language while providing relevant professional education. They have gone above and beyond in treating my recurring my pain as non- invasively as possible for my upcoming wedding, so I can enjoy the day to its fullest!
