Went to see Dr. Lurie after sustaining an injury to my knee. He said he would order an MRI but I didn't get the impression he was taking my concerns seriously or that there was any urgency in his response to my injury. The practice said they'd call to set up my MRI the day following the...more

Morgan, I am very apologetic that your MRI was not scheduled. We confirmed that your insurance did not appear to require authorization and faxed the order To DIS, a local imaging service. We are unable to determine when the imaging Schedules because there is so much variability as to when patients are able to schedule because of their own work obligations. I am sorry and hope your knee feels better. I confirmed when I read the review that the order was sent expeditiously by our staff.
