I was at the BlueBell office today and the staff, Angela, and Dr. Kligman were very kind and very respectful, they could not have been more professional and I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Kligman is great his staff is sub par to say the least. From the way they answer the phone to how you are treated when you arrive. You are never greeted with good morning/afternoon. They never thank you for being a patient or choosing Dr. Kligman. His office is completely overloaded from floor to ceiling with file boxes dating back to the 80's. The receptionist is rude and doesn't care one bit about Dr. Kligman's patients. The nurse treats you like a number not a patient.

Dr. Kligman is good, but the staff is terrible. They take weeks to do a prior auth and if there is any glitch, refuse to bother to call the insurance company so you simply have to do without the medication or pay out of pocket. They are also rude.

This review is NOT associated with Dr. Kligman. The COMPLAINT is with OFFICE MANAGER-ARIANNE. I called to schedule an appointment, her tone was condescending, curt and unprofessional. The call ended without a recap or saying, 'Goodbye'. I called back to let her know I had not finished the call. The conversation escalated when she implied I was, "Rude" and that I need to speak with Dr. Other words, she removed my scheduled time and date for a cyst removal from back. Lets see if he calls.
