I had a total hip replacement in February 2019, Dr. Keele was my surgeon and let me tell you, he is W.O.W., a Wicked Orthopedic Wonder!!!! His professionalism, process, experience and attention to detail was top notch! My surgery was the result of a fall on ice, the excruciating pain was overwhelming. After surgery, I had no pain and never touched any medications. My sincere thank you goes out to Dr. Keele, Joseph Steiner, and the entire staff at Bone and Joint.

Terrible Doctor. Doesn't listen to your issues. Always in a hurry to get you out of his office. He put a comment on my workers comp paperwork that I never even said. Could cost me and my family everything but he just sits there and smiles at you like your just another paycheck. He changed my life in a very bad way. Other doctors didn't agree with him. Maybe because he doesn't listen?

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Completely rude. No bed side manner. Can cause pain and tell him to stop and he kept going. Would never recommend him or none and joint. The disrespect is atrocious. Biggest waste of time.

Currently post LTKR day 12. I had been referred to Dr Keele by a friend, but also chose to look at other online reviews about him before I actually chose him. I met with him for the first time 4 weeks prior to my surgery. I found him very kind and informational. Fast forward to my current status. I think he did such a great job that I am actually looking forward to having him perform my RTKR. Quality work. Friendly. Informative. NOT cockey!!! He seems to have done an excellent job on knee #1.

Worst experience ever!! I have never been unprofessionally talked to by a doctor in my life! Have been in pain with swelling for three years and know one can tell me why?! They just send you on your way in pain! I had to wait 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment to get in and we spent two hours in exam room.

Dr. Keele would come highly recommended by myself..... he did an excellent job for me with surgery to replace my hip. He followed special precautions as I have multiple allergies and my recovery was exceptionally quick. Very little if any pain!!!

Never have surgery on a Friday! They never called in my RX meds initially & when called the nurse hotline I was treated rudely. The on call PA Jeff again had not called in my RX scripts until 14 hours after I called him and let him know I had been waiting for relief since 2:30AM. By Saturday at 4:45PM I called the hotline again & was hung up on by a switch board lady , not once but twice! PAJeff never did return my call but very cowardly placed my order into my pharmacy. I'm going to admin.
