It took Dr. Gray over an hour to come into the exam room (no, he was NOT in surgery). The nurse told me it would be just a little while, but it was 75 minutes later before I was seen. No one even checked on me, or told me what was going on, until I peaked my head out. When Dr. Gray arrived in the exam room, he basically blew off my medical issue and said I should see an ENT, after I told him I had seen an ENT when I had my origional surgery 20+ years ago.
