I called your new office to only get voice mail and no call back. Very disappointed as I was going to change to this office and follow as I have been with you for 10 years or longer. I think your a great doctor other than this mess.

Dr. Cluff is great and highly recommended, but the new receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. When the office assistant apologizes profusely for something the receptionist did, something probably needs to change in that one area.
