    Nature of Complaint:

    The physician has been the subject of disciplinary action in another state.

    The Virginia Board of Medicine on 04-01-2008 suspended the physician's license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia for a period of thirty days followed by indefinite probation. The physician had submitted a fraudulent academic transcript which indicated that he had graduated from the University of Michigan in 1973 with a Bachelor's degree when applying to admission to St. Georges University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies and for medical employment. The physician also prescribed various controlled substances to three individuals outside of a bona fide physician-patient relationship and was unable to provide medical records for these individuals.

    Action Taken:

    The North Carolina Medical Board has annulled the physician's license to practice medicine in the State of North Carolina.

    November 6, 2009-Amended Final Order of Discipline

    The North Carolina Medical Board on 09-18-2009 upon a Motion for Reconsideration conducted a hearing regarding the annulment of the physician's license and the potential effects of his annulment on his former employer.

Hard to believe anyone would leave a poor review for this provider or his office staff, knowing this practice, the negative reviews has to come from a disgruntled patient whom did not keep to their treatment program.
