I never even got to see the doctor. His office team calls for appointment verification the day before the appointment. The person who scheduled my appointment wrote down the wrong number as I am aware of my own phone number. I showed up 20 minutes early and they told me my appointment was canceled. They couldn’t reschedule until July 1st. Today is June 8th. I explained I have a severe medical condition (epilepsy) and they would not help. I am of the opinion that this is a terrible way to practice medicine and possibly a violation of the doctor’s Hippocratic oath. Above all, do no harm. Well, Dr. Kim, you blew it on this one. Not only did your office make the mistake, but they refused to fix it in a way that allows me to have the medical attention I require to live a healthy safe life. I am very unimpressed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim's for around 5 years. Lately, he is combative in referring me for specialist care or continuing care with my current surgeon. He does not understand my medical conditions and often argues with me on the need for me to continue seeing my specialists, proving that he does not look at my charts or medical records. I have decided to leave his care, since I do not want to continue to argue with a doctor who is supposed to be my primary care provider. The staff is nice and courteous, but often changes since they choose to leave his practice. He does not utilize any online system like myChart or eCare.
