Doctor was great but front office staff one of the ladies was a little off to me sort of like an attitude that she didn't feel like dealing with me. A watch and she interact with other patients and she was fine with them so I don't know if she just had an off day or an off day with me but I didn't care for it and it's the one that checks you in at the front other than that the rest of the staff was great.

Dr Patterson spent a significant amount of time with me as he does every time, I did not feel rushed. I had previously visited a nearby clinic several times before seeing him and he was able to to educate me further on my circumstances.

I have been trying to get a new primary care dr for my mother for several months when her insurance dropped her previous drvas a provider. Finally got an apt with dr Patterson. Her first appointment had to be canceled due to mom being in the hospital. Upon her release I promptly called to reschedule. The day before her scheduled appointment mom was readmitted to the hospital so I had to cancel again. Upon her release I called to reschedule and they refused her stating when a patient "misses" 2 appointments it is there policy to not reschedule. I can't tell you how unbelievably angry I am that a health care provider would turn away an obviously sick elderly woman in dire need of primary care because of a "policy". Based on the reviews Dr. Patterson is an exceptional dr. But his office mgr is seroiusly lacking in compassion and empathy for the elderly and sick. SHAMEFUL!

I had been going to Dr. Patterson for a couple years now. He recently (since my last visit) has changed locations and is now in Smyrna. With this said, my appointment this morning (7:00 AM), in a location that I have never been to, in the POURING down rain. I was 11 minutes late due to trying to find the place and the inclement weather. His office staff, told me that because I missed my appointment, that I would have to get worked in and that it would be an hour, when I said no thanks, they asked if I would like to reschedule. UMMMM... No thanks. You have now lost a paying patient over 11 minutes of your time. Maybe you should be more understanding of inclement weather and changing locations. I will not be back.

Was 15 min late to my appointment . They told me I had to reschedule. Really ! He said he was booked. I'm not feeling well so now I have to go to a care clinic so I can get treatment. So please tell me why do I have a primary doctor if I can't see him ? They wanted to schedule a evening appointment but I'm handicap and parking is not great at that time that's why I make morning appointments. Normally you have a grace period at doctor's office but not here they don't understand that sometimes things happen. Didn't bother to ask or felt humility all they know that I was late. Might have to seek another doctor. This is the second incident that I have had with this office.

I chose Dr. Patterson mainly due to his reviews and availability. I was very impressed. The office staff was very friendly, office was clean and comfortable, and the wait time was very short. Dr. Patterson took a lot of time to listen and understand my issue and was very knowledgeable and helpful with a course of action. I was very surprised by the amount of time he took to see me and he did not seem rushed at all. It was my first visit but I was very happy with it.

Dr. Patterson and his team were very understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment twice, both on short notice and were able to reschedule each time to the dates that I had requested. Upon arrival at the facility the receptionist was very helpful. I arrived about 45 minutes early and Dr. Patterson saw me in less than 10 minutes after my arrival. The technicians were friendly and the Technician that took my blood sample seems to figured out how to do that without causing any pain. Great!

Dr. Patterson is a doctor that I often recommend to family and friends. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to listen to what I have to say. He includes me and my preferences in his treatment options. He explains medical issues in a way that I can understand. His offices are clean and comfortable, and staff makes me feel welcome. I can always get in to see him when I need to, and I have never felt rushed at his office. I feel like he and his entire staff are part of my health care team.

My wife is a patient of Dr. Patterson. Since coming to Dr. Patterson, from the initial call to set up an appointment, to a recent visit, Dr. Patterson and his entire staff has made my wife feel as though they have known her for years. There also has not been a long wait time to get in from the time you sign in until you see the Dr. We would recommend Dr. Patterson to our family and friends.
