total botch job on my shoulder, my sister's shoulder and many other parts (elbow, knees...) on many people I work with......... that is just one place of employment on Cape Cod!! and to top it off when I ran to Boston with Xrays, MRI's, Cat-scans, ect. I didn't even need the surgery!!

Had an appointment at 3:20. I asked at 4:00 when I would be seen. Staff said they had no idea when I would be seen. I said no idea? Really, should I reschedule? I don’t understand why drs think their time is more valuable then their patients. It’s not so much that they were running late as the “attitude” I get for asking when I’ll be seen. Ridiculous!

What a great experience!! Can't say enough about Dr O'Malley and Karen and all the staff! Had rotator cuff/bone spur surgery ONE week ago and I am amazed at how quickly the pain has subsided and how rapidly I seem to be healing! Doing all my pendulum exercises every day and ice, ice, and more ice and I am even sleeping pretty well at night too!! Everyone has been so helpful and I so appreciate it. I admit I was orig going with the "big ortho group" but I am so happy I chose Dr O instead! ??

Had a carpal tunnel release and he severed a nerve, leaving me to have several surgeries. The end result was loss of feeling in half of my fingers for the rest of my life, a skin graft and a 10inch scar. Would not recommend him to anyone!

Dr O'Malley was called in for emergency surgery I needed on my left wrist. Bad fractures which required screws and a metal plate. I believe that this man was a true gift from God. He was so patient and understanding....and explained the situation with great aplomb. He was not rushed, nor did he make me feel anything but comfortable and at ease. Nor was he in the least bit pretentious. I am frankly, shocked at what terrific care I received from him and his team. I thank God for him.
