Dr Holzer is wonderful! I feel like I finally have the Dr I have been praying for. He is actually interested in helping me...so refreshing. He looked back over my chart (even my Sentara chart) and assessed my health on the full picture. He is easy to talk to and kind and gentle. He seems to genuinely care. I feel blessed to be able to see him. I honestly can't say enough good things about him...if you get the opportunity to see him? Go for it, you will be happy that you did.

This Dr is amaing, he listens to me, and tries to help reduce my pain. I am 36 with life long injuries and arthritis. He does what ever he can to help. Well worth meeting and trying to make a pain mangement plan with him!

I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Holzer. Dr Holzer seems to be the only one in this world who understands my disease and it is refreshing to speak with someone who completely understands my broad spectrum of issues. He never rushes and always has my quality of life as his best interest. The nursing staff however is the worst I have ever encountered. Leave messages about medication concerns or needs takes up to two weeks for a response. They out and out will lie to avoid doing their job

Dr. Holzer is one of the kindest, most compassionate, & very intelligent Pain Management Drs I have ever met! He listens to you very carefully & then studiously weighs how he can help you get back to having HOPE & a better quality of life. I find his treatment holistic in that he cares how pain effects my life & that of my family. He suggested shots for me (worked beautifully)Tai Chi which helps me have a more positive attitude, & safe pain meds. His P.A.'s Melissa & Katie & Staff are great!

Dr. Holzer is knowledgeable, understanding & diligent. I would follow this doctor anywhere for care. Having said that, I think he is unaware what his nurses put us through. You will sign their RULES requirements for care. I just get trigger point injections, no meds. If you have a problem between visits it's a game to see how long we wait before BOTHERING them again. It takes a day for a precert if they would just call. I refuse to be a slave for help. Looking for better service, Sorry DR

My first visit with Dr.Holzer was great. He is very personable, professional, compassionate and really listened to my health issues. Over the past 13 years I have been dealing with a debilitating disease and these days it is very hard to find a doctor that will actually take the time to listen to you. His entire office staff from when you first walked it to the time you checked out were great. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

The way they run this clinic is ridiculous, I STRONGLY suggest not going to this center of you have multiple issues because the PAs don't care and are very rude. If they mess up on your file, it's your fault, if you stand up for yourself you're not a good person.
