Horrible experience. I echo what others said. He read my PCPs notes, read them back to me, and told me I had fibromyalgia. Never examined me. Turns out had he run blood tests he would have discovered I had lupus.

Very competent and personable... even when evaluating a condition for which there is no treatment not already tried and no effective medication. Dr. Griger carefully reviewed records prior to the appointment and did a complete evaluation... staff competent and personable... recommend highly!

I am really happy that I was referred to Dr. Griger. He made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. I had seen 2 other rheumatologists prior to seeing Dr. Griger and they were not able to properly diagnose or treat my medical condition. He spent a lot of time talking to me and reviewing my test results. He was able to explain my treatment options to me in a way that I could easily understand. He truly cares about helping to make me feel better. He deserves 10 stars!!

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Griger to anyone!! The receptionists' attitude was unfriendly and short with her responses. The nurse who did my intake was equally the same, wrote wrong dates down of my medical history, a reply of 'close enough'. 45 mins later finished, 3 mins later doctor appeared, said he read my history/issues. Due to the fact of not being able to admit he did not know, he diagnosed me with a sibling's medical issue one can not see/test for. Arrogant, Cocky, enormous ego!

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Incomplete examination. Basically read my PCPs last exam note and repeated it back to me. Used labs that were almost 6 months old. No order for new lab work. No X-rays of my hands or even a complete examination. As a nurse for 32 years, I would not recommend this doctor. I can't say anything negative about the other practitioners and the staff was very friendly and took a complete history. No intention to help me at all was his attitude.

For the patient who wants to know specifics of one's condition/disease this is not the doctor to go to. Emphasis is placed on steroid injections and after the first appointment there is little opportunity to ask questions of the physician. On the plus side, the availability of both physical therapy and radiology in the same office is very convenient.
