Doesn't spend anytime with you and is a true pill pusher. The DEA should investigate him now.

First impression, the office staff is horrible, from the snooty receptionist to the office manager that is has a bad attitude and belittles you (if you can get her to call you back) I pride myself in being a very intuitive guy. what I gather is: Dr Erb is interested in his 401k and not his patients. He likes to prescribe excessive physical therapy (conveniently located in his office) if you can't line his pockets, he moves on to the next sucker. Positive reviews are posted by family & friends.

The first appointment with Dr. Erb, I had to wait for 3 hours. Weeks later, I had appointment for the epidural and they wanted me to wait 5 hours to get my shot. So I decided to leave, and when you tell them about the wait, they don’t give a dam. Than it was decided to try a pain pump, but there are steps to do first. See psychologist to make sure I can mentally handle a pain pump. Two appointments were scheduled with Dr. Erb (KWOC) to try different medications for the pump. Someone in his of

Dr. Erb is one of the finest physicians I've ever had. He's courteous, kind, listens and cares. But his office is a nightmare of over-booked 2 hour waits, a prehistoric phone system with NO Direct Line, NOR ANY "emergency appointment" abilities! Some of his staff are downright terrible. His Office Manager is offensively rude and Vicki Rademaker, his Nurse Practioner, (who treats many of Erb's patients) is under-prescribing medications. The Practice is flailing, which is a shame.

I have been seeing Dr Erb for 3 ½ years. He has been giving me numerous different types of shots but my back never really felt any better. At Dr Erb’s office you could never speak with a live person. The front office staff were rude, it was a nightmare getting office appointments and getting insurance authorizations. One time I had to wait 2 weeks for a return phone call - only after I called Aetna did someone call me back. I even wrote two letters to Dr Patel and CC Dr Erb. Dr Patel did call m

Dr. Erb is a very compassionate, caring, professional physician who I have been going to for 13+ years. I trust his evaluation of my pain areas and his treatment options. I highly recommend he or his ARNP, Vicky Radimaker, for your care.

Dr Erb is the greatest pain management doctor I've ever had!!!! He's kind, compassionate and very gentle when giving injections! I've never had the same quality of treatment since and am glad I'll be back in the area soon so he will (hopefully) be my doctor again! (I've been out of state for over 5 years..so ignore the number of visits in the past 2 years! I had quite a few years of office visits before I moved!)

I have worked with Dr. Erb for 5-years. He is dedicated, kind, a strong advocate and well versed in the field of pain management & related fields - from non-invasive, to procedures, medications & other. Dr. Erb is incredible - his office staff is beyond burned out; scheduling - is a nightmare; obtaining records - good luck; getting timely appointments - a TOTAL failure. DR. ERB is INCREDIBLE and I trust him fully. Something needs to change for an incredible physician > in a crummy office

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Erb....he is an amazing, caring doctor who listens and tries to come up with the best plan for the patient. Spends time with you, friendly. Now scheduling is an entirely different issue.Their calls go through KWO- I NEVER get a return call or follow up or reminder call anymore. They are rude on the phone if you can ever reach anyone which I have tried for weeks. They need to have scheduling go through their office not KWO or they are going to loose more patients.
