Dr. Downer and the practice, is efficient and knowledgeable and is the only place to go for any eye related issues. I had dry eye, and before jumping to the prescription treatment, he recommended the OTC drops and then evaluated two weeks later. I needed the plugs and the script, but he is fast...Read More
