Patient Comments (11)
Indianapolis, IN |
Dr. Arbuck is very dismissive and leaves the impression that he doesn't care about patients. If he can't figure out what is bothering you within five minutes he treats you like a drug addict and gives you Suboxone without actually treating your underlying conditions. If you are looking for a health provider, I suggest going elsewhere as you will receive no help here.

I been going to Dr Arbuck for over a year now. I have to say he is the best doctor I have ever been too. I went from a pain level of a 10 to 5. First time I been that low in years. I love that he truly care and takes his time with me. The staff is awesome as well.
Very abrupt man. He immediately dismissed my diagnoses from previous providers whom I trusted on the first visit I had with him. I didn't find he pushed medication. In fact, he supported discontinuing an antipsychotic drug with troubling side effects, but I never felt like he cared one bit for his patients or respected other providers.
Although the medical staff at Indiana PolyClinic seems to care, the business practices of this organization are the worst I've ever experienced. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for services provided by Indiana PolyClinic, look elsewhere. Whoever makes business decisions for the organization should be fired. If it is the DR, I don't know how you can act like you care about the well-being of your patients and then tolerate such an uncaring, incompetent, and abusive office staff.

The office charges for everything. Working with individuals with mental issues, yet unaccepting of deficiencies (being on time, billing, remembering, etc) Had relative who racked up hunderds of dollars on late or missed appointments, was sent to collections after 1 month. I would not recommend this office as a caring, compassionate, provider.

Dr.Arbuck's group helped me when no one else would or could , they are are amazing.
in Indianapolis, IN |
Every time you have an appointment you wait at a minimum of 30mins after your scheduled time to see him. He then spends 5 to 10 minutes with you most of which he is working on something else and you sit in silence. I have been seeing him for about 4 years and they have done nothing buy yank me around and load me up on medication. They are very expensive an really seem to not care about their patients. If I could find someone else in the area they does what they do I would leave immediately.
in Brownsburg,IN |
It seems he has had several of his patients on suboxone. With several different providers in one clinic, the co-pays can become very expensive. My condition did not improve under his care.
Brownsburg, IN |
He took me off medicine without titrating, causing extreme withdrawals. His answer was to put me on Suboxone. I felt like I was going crazy and begged for his help. I was constantly pushed of to other staff members. I finally went back to my family doctor who got me back to normal. Never again...
in Fishers, IN |
went to him 3 years saw him twice.
in Indianapolis, indiana |
He told me that my pain and chronic bleeding was entirely in my head after I've been ill since birth. Apparently, as a baby, I decided to spend my life miserable.
