Dr Poppas was referred to us by our pediatrician when our son was born. We needed an emergency evaluation for him and were told that Dr. Poppas was on vacation and wouldn't be available for weeks. 4 months later we got a phone call that he was ready to schedule an appointment. Ridiculous.

My wife, son, and I sat in Dr. Poppas' Westchester office for an hour after our scheduled appointment time, waiting to be seen. Finally, we grew tired of waiting and left. That's no way to run a business or a medical practice.
