I came to see this doctor for my varicose veins. My varicose veins had increased after my pregnancies. I was getting pain in my legs while I was working. My legs were always heavy and tired. The physician and his staff were professional, courteous, always accommodating to my schedule, and treated me with compression. Procedures were simple, and my pain has improved quite a bit. My varicose veins also getting smaller.

Dr. Ayar is a knowledgeable doctor who has a great bedside manner and very responsive to concerns. He was very patient and respectful when explaining procedures and answering questions before and follow ups He presented all options and the possible outcomes of each and was sincere in making sure I understood everything. He runs an exceptional surgical team with members well versed in sterilization protocol. During procedures he continuously made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.

I came across this office from an online search when I was looking for treatments of my fibroids. My gynecologist wanted to do a hysterectomy, which I didnt want. The doctor was courteous and understanding of my problems. He explained everything to me well.....and I still didnt understand it all so I went back and he was caring and thorough. I had the procedure done and things went well...within 2 days my issues started to resolve. I still have my uterus! Thanks guys!

I called to see this doctor for my varicose veins. I got an appointment for the same day later in the afternoon, which was perfect after I got off of work at 4. The front desk was amazing. The office emphasizes personalized care and they really spend a lot of time with you. Unlike other offices, you dont feel like you are "part of the heard". The doc spent a lot of time with me going over my issues. My leg pain disappeared after my ablations! Thanks guys.

I came to see this doctor because of severe pain in my stomach after I ate, which turned out to be pain related to clogged arteries to my intestines. The doctor placed stents in these clogged arteries and I feel a lot better. I had a meal without any pain. The doctor has great bedside manner and is caring.

I can't recommend Dr Ayar highly enough. First... he spends TIME with his patients. He listens.... and then he EXPLAINS the disease process. The treatment by him and his staff was phenomenal. My procedure went great! He really took care of my varicose veins. I got a great result! My leg pain and swelling is so much better! Scheduling is always a breeze! Same or next day always!! And... I love the coastal theme of the office- it's so relaxing!

I saw Dr Ayar because I was having severe symptoms from my uterine fibroids. I wanted to have the procedure done in the office than in a hospital. My gynecologist told me about fibroid embolization and I had the procedure done. Dr Ayar was extremely caring. I had mild pain after the procedure which was expected. I recovered in 2 days and I felt SO much better! I can finally go grocery shopping pain free and without running to the bathroom every few min.

I was referred to this doctor by my internist because my local vascular surgeons recommended amputation because I had multiple failed procedures and my foot wound would not heal. I was reluctant to see Dr Ayar because he was an hour drive away. However after I made the appointment I was so pleased. Extremely caring staff and doctor. They spend a lot of time with their patients. He was able to open up the blockages and my wound healed. I still have my legs!!! Thanks!!!

I 100% recommend Dr. Ayar at Coastal Vascular Center. He is an exceptional doctor with a compassionate bedside manner. He takes time to listen & is empathetic. I had a medical issue which required immediate attention. Dr. Ayar saw me within hours of my call even though it required him & his staff to stay late. I never felt rushed & all questions were answered. His staff went above & beyond when I ran into an insurance issue. They called around & found the cheapest place to fill my prescription.
