Dr Suringa is a fabulous practitioner, experienced, skilled and no nonsense. He is plain spoken and has great remedies, and knows the BS from what works. His staff let him down because the wait time truly is horrid and the staff are not nice at all.

I am totally frustrated at the waiting time each and every time I come to this office. I am a teacher and try to get the first appointment of the day so I won't miss school. I have ALWAYS had to wait over an hour... sometimes close to two. He double books time slots which I noticed when I signed in. My time is valuable, which it irritates me having to wait that long. I like the doctor BUT I'M DONE. Lack of respect for anyone's time.

Two visits, each with more than 45 minutes in the waiting lobby. 1st visit was for a mole on my back that had all of the ABCDE of melanoma yet he left it and biopsied two other spots. I returned the following week for original mole, he said it looked perfectly normal. He wasn't wrong as it turned out to be normal, but with all ABCDE symptoms it should've been biopsied, which he did on my insistence 2nd visit. Also his assistant told me to use Neosporin which is a known allergen. I won't return.
