Hard time getting my medicine
My visit was fine my problem is they have messed up my medicine I have not received my refills since the 20 of September so I have been without for almost 10 days this does not help me or the pain I am in this is very upsetting

My rating is based on the office professionalism. I have NEVER experienced a doctor's office that does not return calls and takes insurance info but never calls back to confirm the appointment. I guess it was a blessing that they did not call back so I could read the reviews. How do that many people have the same bad experience.

Dr. Doshi is a mystery woman- she does not see anyone in person or by zoom only by phone- I do not know whether it's her or someone in her office. It's very strange. She has helped with my pain by prescribing supplements which have been very helpful. She keeps doing diagnostic work -I'm not sure where this will end-however- I will see what her latest diagnosis will be and go from there. Other than she is invisible she has made me feel better- and approached my situation more holistically. She gets4 stars because I feel better.

I went to her due to severe medical issue and her demeanor was so cold and offsetting. I needed time off work due to my condition and she straight out told me she would not fill out my paperwork because she wasn't going to give me time off. I had to see a different doctor who took the time to understand what I was going through and actually provided the care I needed.
