No consideration for people. We were traveling for about 40 minutes and told them. Suffering from migraines for 50 years. All I've gotten is more prescriptions and continued headaches. I mentioned my frustration to the manager of my gym who gave me Dr. Raju's name, since he had successfully helped her co-worker. We clearly, distinctly scheduled with Dr. Raju. He was not even there! We were told we'd see a nurse. What BS! We walked out but not without giving them a large piece of our mind!

We made an appointment to see Dr Raju. We drove 45 minutes to Dr Raju's office. When we arrived, the receptionist told us for the first time that our appointment was with the nurse practitioner, not Dr Raju. When you make an appointment to see a Dr who has been referred to by you, you expect the Dr to see you!!! So we wasted over an hour and a half just for NOTHING!!!

Dr. Raju has been a blessing from God for my husband. He is the most patient, attentive and caring doctor that I have ever seen. He thoroughly explains everything to you that you can understand. He truly listens to you and he is so very proactive in your care. I highly recommend Dr. Raju to anyone.

Today, my wife had an appointment with Dr. Raju at 2.40 pm for follow up. I and my wife reached there at 230 pm. After deposited of US$ 210.00 at cash counter one nurse escorted us to check up and told us you can wait some time for Dr. Raju. We wait there more that one hour in the exam room. After some time I saw outside, Dr. Raju stands there, he gave me some indication, he is coming. But after some another lady doctor came and she checked up my wife. This is very bad experience for me.

After going to 20+ neuros (inc. Jefferson HA Clinic in Philly) & searching for a diagnosis for 12 months, Dr. Raju was the ONLY neuro, to correctly diagnose me. I received the best treatment possible for my condition & am on the right track FINALLY...and it is ALL because of him. This guy is a true doctor. He will pour over your records & take all the time needed in the exam room to LISTEN to YOU & EXPLAIN his thinking. He puts helping patients first at all times & protects his time with you

The procedure itself was fine, however it's been 20 days and I never received a call with the results. I have called the facility multiple times and left messages for someone to call me back to provide the results of the test, and still have heard nothing. It is incredible that a patient would have a spinal tap to screen for a specific disease and no one calls them back to follow up or provide a result. I was willing to chalk it up to them being busy, however it is very unprofessional!!

I've seen dozens of neurologists for my chronic migraines since I was 15. He is the first I love. Seriously after every appointment I go on to my husband about how grateful I am to have found him. He's the first to not just experiment on me with medicine or push pills. He answers any concern and fully explains every suggestion made. And he goes beyond that, he gets to know me and cater to my personal needs. And he's comforting and just genuinely cares.
