Patients on the Big Island do not have the benefit of having easy access to sub specialty care. For that reason, I strive to deliver the most comprehensive care possible for my patients so that they do not to be burdened with frequent visits with the attendant travel to multiple doctors.
I have been practicing as a pulmologist and intensivist since 1994. In 2003, I moved from Austin Texas to the Big Island of Hawaii. Since 2010, I have been practicing primarily as a Hospitalist but continue to practice Critical Care as well as Pulmonary Medicine for the in patient service at North Hawaii Community Hospital. I hope to soon be opening a clinic to see pulmonary consultations.
