Had previously been diagnosed with juvenile arthritis and been in remission and began having flares. I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated and lack of empathy with severe pain and unable to walk. Had to beg to prescribe more meds. I couldn't work my shifts due to pain. All I was offered was to see a different practitioner if I was unhappy. Went on to find a great doctor with a different institution.

On the outside, Dr. Titova makes great strides to appear friendly. Once you start asking her more and more questions, she starts to get angry and impatient. She has a very short fuse and will remove you from her care when you appear to be a threat to her self esteem. She appears to be much younger and acts much younger than she really is at 51 years old.

Very cold woman. Had to wait 50 minutes to see her and then she was abrupt with me, actually downright rude and treated me as if I were a child instead of a full grown woman. I tried telling her about my illness but she cut me off and insisted I was being over dramatic and her advice was the only answer to my problems I never went back to her after that. She made me feel very bad and I don't need that from any one let alone someone I am paying to help me get better!

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
