Excellent surgical procedure. very good explanations. Listened well and responded to questions well. Good advice about post-surgery care. Personable. The written instructions need minor updating, e.g., the ointment prescribed after 48 hours was different from the ointments on the list (aquaphor or vaseline), and the list indicated applications once a day whereas I was instructed twice a day. I was prepared to some degree for the post-surgery appearance of the scar. I would have liked to have been better prepared

Both the doctor and his staff were first rate and I would highly recommend their clinic to anyone having MOHS surgery. They covered everything in detail. The only drawback was the high limit of my insurance co-pay which the doctor has no control over.

I really like Dr Marra. He diagnosed my skin cancer and followed thru with MOHS. Efficient, let me know exactly what to expect, made sure I understood procedure. During procedure made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed. Staff is very friendly and comforting. My only disappointment was the length of time from diagnosis to procedure was 2 months. I hoped to have it taken care of within a couple of weeks.

Dr. Marra and his entire staff are extremely caring and conscientious and fully explained every step of my procedure. After my procedure, Dr. Marra and his nurse, McKenzie, both gave me their cell numbers in case I needed something. I feel blessed that my pcp referred me to Dr. Marra!

My experience with Dr. Marra was horrific. His first cut of a Mohs procedure on my nose was a pencil head eraser size; and his second cut was a dime size hole all the way through my nose. He did not use the map properly to spare healthy tissue on my face. He cut half of my nose off with two incisions of a Mohs procedure with no concern for my face. I had to undergo two separate plastic surgeries to reconstruct my nose after he butchered my face. I reported this matter to the Texas state board of medicine; and he lied stating that his first Mohs incision was large and his second was small while using the map. This is not true. His first incision was small and his second incision took off the right of my nose. I would not recommend that anyone see Dr. Marra for a Mohs procedure.
