The office staff at the east side location has been rude to me on multiple occasions. In my opinion, Benenati needs to take the time to call patients back herself.

Excellent doctor that sat and spent time with us and let us ask all our question. Hard to get an appointment but worth the wait. Uses the portal also to answer questions.

Couldn't get a call back from Elsa. Tried several times to schedule an appointment for my son, spoke to her and then she never called me back after saying she would.

I saw her for treatment of an injured femoral nerve. After she ran an EMG on me, my primary sent her a referral to treat my condition. She had her assistant phone me and say that there is nothing more she can do for me.

My mother has been seeing Dr. Benenati for 10 years and she is the only doctor my 88 year old mother completely trusts. My mother has a rare neurologic disease and very difficult to treat. Dr. Benenati is very knowledgeable and her recommendations for treatments that has allowed my mother to maintain an independent lifestyle in spite of her illness. Anytime I mention who my mother's neurologist is, I always get the response "She's great!", or "She'd the best!" I highly recommend this provider!
