He, nor his staff, seem committed to quality patient care. He "Does not like to speak with Lay People." Out of office hours, he prefers E.R. you visit. The staff of 1, picks who gets medical calls returned, from other Doctor's, or patients. Staff is unwilling to fax scripts to one's preferred pharmacy. When his attention is called to staff problems you are having, it is dismissed. The office is in poor condition. Request to paper exam chair in entirety is denied. He & staff, are LAZY & uncaring

Office manager is a nightmare, Dr Bhangu thinks nothing of making you wait over an hour. Really? Come on Genesys Admin is this the best you can do to serve the people. We pay a lot of money for our health care! To be treated in this fashion reminds me of something to expect in a third world country.

Went to ER first time ever (26), had IIH and he kept calling me "Fat" and "A big girl" acted like I was an inconvenience to treat and said he called in a favor to a different neurologist to do my LP cause again "You're a big girl". I know as a size 18 I am overweight, but would not listen when I tried to ask questions or talk to him about the condition and how it had stopped my weight loss at 30 lbs (workout out = pass out). Gave him the finger and found a different Neuro with some manners

Dr. Bhangu seems quite competent. He explained what was happening and gave me options - some more helpful than others. However, the doctor was the only good part of my experiences with this office. His office manager is rude and condescending, and the wait time is often an hour or more. I would likely recommend the doctor if his office manager was more pleasant, but she ruins the experience.

Dr. Bhangu cared for me when I was having episodes of passing out (my blood pressure dropped fast, without warning, and so did I). He was thorough and explained every step of the process, as well as my options, possible complications, and then gave me the opportunity to make my own *informed* decision on preferred treatment avenues. I value his expertise highly, and wouldn't hesitate to ask for his care again.

Dr Bangu is a thoughtful and excellent Neurologist. He listens to what you say and is not a doc that just throws pills at you. He looks for solutions. He always does a full exam and asks thoughtful questions.

I have seen doctor bhangu for over three years. Never been too happy with him and how he kept appointments short and sweet. He all the sudden decided too drop filling out any PA information for my ms medication or backing up my disability paper work. And he was the doctor whom told me too file 2 years ago. His front office girl is very rude she told me after I explained my frustration too her maybe I need too find a new nurologist he has done all he can for you.if you like care pass on him.

He came in and asked what had happened. What symptoms I had experienced. While my husband and I described my stroke symptoms the dr played around rearranging the garbage can and never looked interested or showed he was even listening. And that was after waiting for eight hours to see him. Only saw him while in the hospital
