I thank all my patients for their feedback even if it is not positive. We are always striving to increase our ability to serve our patients. We learn a lot from any critique of our delivery of healthcare. In fact if we did not receive any negative feedback I would be worried that our patients were not being forthright or were timid about telling us the truth. Everyone realizes that not everyone will be totally pleased every time. But if there is anything however minor that our patients could suggest to make the experience of others better in the future, we listen. Once again, thank you for all your feedback.
