I have always loved this office! The doctor that my son and I have typically see wasn't available. Dr. Reinke was our guy today. He was great with my tween, very thorough and spoke to him on his level, while still speaking to me.

I am very disappointed and just really hurt that this Dr. did not take, what I feel is the appropriate measures, to figure our what was going on with my knee. I first went to see Dr Reinke in April of 2020, and right from the beginning he seemed disinterested in my problem. He sent me to get x-rays and when he came back in the room he looked at them and said he didn’t see anything really bad going on. He said there was a small amount of arthritis but that was all. I expressed to him how much pain I was in, how I couldn’t sleep, walk, go upstairs, etc. I feel he looked at my weight and just dismissed me and when I even remotely mentioned was there anything I can take for pain he immediately responded with I can’t give you any narcotics which made me feel like I was a drug addict looking for my next fix.
I had tried using some salonpas pads for some relief of the pain which ended up giving me a bad reaction rash. He said he could give me a cortisone shot but didn’t want to do it then b

Dr Reinke and his staff are professional, friendly and helpful. His PA Elizabeth is wonderful. Dr Reinke took the time to examine my ankle, explain my xrays to me and to come up with a plan of action. I never felt rushed or as if he was not interested.

I suggest that you offer patients a way to fill out forms online before they come to the office. This would reduce time spent in the waiting room, which is very important during the corona virus crisis. In addition, it would have been easier for me to enter my information through a keyboard than to have to write on a form when I was coming to have my possibly broken arm checked out. Finally, having patients enter information online would probably also save time for the receptionist.

Dr. Reinke is very professional, always on time, and has a super team of assistants (nurse, x-ray technician, physician's assistant). His PA, Elizabeth, is top notch, informative, friendly, thorough, and understanding. I drive from my home from one end of the county to their office at the other end just because these medical professionals are so superb.
