Rarely did I see Dr. Farr even after 2 very complex operations that left me unable to walk. There was no follow-up except by the P.A.'s, that are lacking in knowledge. OR CONCERNED. The initial operation was a hip pinning that turned into a lifelong problem. Dr. Farr has no interest in seeing me again as a patient. I would like to talk to Dr. Farr about long term prospects of my surgeries. That is not possible. I will have to find another orthopedic surgeon.

2 shoulder surgeries. 1st was ok. 2nd was slap, rotator, decompression. Surgery was December. Never heard or spoke to surgeon except prior to surgery. At follow up PA had no information on what was done to me. I've had 13 surgeries, worst experience ever!!!

Don’t expect to get seen at your appointment time. Wait time is about an hour after scheduled appointment. Then more time waiting in room before doctor shows up. Not apologetic about wait. Are fairly friendly. Do explain condition thouroughly.

This doctor's front desk staff are horrible. Not friendly, gal that takes you back to exam room actually has sad/mad face. The gals behind the desk would not run out an Rx for PAIN even though I was parked at the front door and waiting room was empty (lunch time). I called them and they said they weren't expected to run Rx's out the door. I had just been discharged from rehab (as I told them) I had to get out, get my walker, walk to front door, open door and walk up to the desk).

I had an extreme amount of pain with difficulty walking. I had to go to another doctor to find out that my leg was broken because Dr. Farr & his staff wouldnot belief that something serious was wrong, when I told them. The staff seems complacent & uncaring.. Dr. Farr seems to be rushed when you see him & not very thorough. Not only is hard to get an appointment, but the wait can be hours when you get there, also. i would not recommend him or his staff to anyone.

Although Dr Farr apologized for the wait, appt time was 730, didn't see him until 830. Did not show us X-rays that were taken. Did refer us for an MRI. Offered the usual over the counter solutions, cortisone shot. Our primary care doctor could have done that. Office felt like an assembly line. Could not access our primary care doctors X-rays that were sent, needed another set taken. And of course they wanted full payment right then, instead of billing the insurance.
