His staff was very friendly to me. The receptionist worked to get my insurance approved even though there was a problem and it took several days. She called me back and kept me informed on what was going on. They were friendly in the office. The doctor spent a long time talking with me about the diabetes/treatment/problems, etc. The biggest problem for me was that I had to pay in cash. i didn't know how much it would be with co-pay and lab tests.

Dr. Tran is okay. The scheduling and appointments are ridiculous. We come here several times and every single time, it is never at our appointment time. We sign in and wait an hour. Get to finally go in and we sit and wait for a good 30-45 minutes before we see him. Also, they charge you if you wait too long and decide to leave. He also makes you come in another day and play this ridiculous waiting game in order to hear your results. I think I died a little while waiting.

His Office staff is very rude and honestly quite racist. I've never felt so disrespected from the very first call all the way to the first time out of the office.
