So the first appointment I waited and hour to get 5 minutes to be told he thought he knew what it was- didn’t tell me and sent me for an MRI. Waited two and a half weeks for a follow up. I waited 1.5 hours just to get in a room. The office is poorly run. The nurses called for patients that were...more

Unfortunately, you did not have the best experience. For clarification purposes, we order MRIs when we are unsure of the diagnosis and the possibilities are numerous. We take all concerns seriously and we encourage all questions in the office. We are so thankful for our hard working, excellent and dedicated staff. Patients may be called to reception repeatedly, depending on their service (x ray, medical history, etc...). If errors occur we learn from them and try to improve. Kind wishes

Great bedside manners. Takes time to answer and explain all your questions. Dr. Saigon has done 5 surgeries on my hands. Two on right three on left. Excellent surgeon. His P.A. Maria is awesome also. They make a great team. Would highly recommend for hand surgery.
