Over 2 hour wait after appointment time, then less than 10 minutes with PA. Never seen Dr. Polley himself personally. Re-orders labs that I had already had done and given copies to before PA's arrival to room. Felt like they feel like they have 5 rooms so they can book 5 patients at the same time for only one PA to see and we all know you can only see one patient at a time.

Dr. Polley is very kind, answered all my questions. However the employee that did our intake, April,, rushed through our intake, wanted yes/no answers & when I would try & speak past that she would look at me like I was challenged. Sometimes it takes more than a word or 2 to explain. She needs to find her ture calling, something outside of working with the public. Short wait, great staff at window & Mrs. Besty has been most excellent at sending the clinical note to our PCM in a speedy manner!

Dr. Polley is a wonderful doctor. I've had no problems with him at all. When I come in for appointments for my children or myself, were always on time but the wait can be extremely difficult. I try to schedule my appointments on my off days so I won't have to rush. Everyone is nice until I come in today. Receptionist Charlene had a huge attitude this morning getting smart with me about my daughters appointment time scheduling. She need to come correct before talking to me any kind of way.

Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes past my appointment time, taken back to an exam room and told to sit and wait for someone to come triage me, told to strip down to undies, umm..there is a camera in the room. Notified at front desk camera's throughout and if you refuse to be recorded theyes won't see you. I won't be going back

This is the rudest doctor I've ever encountered. I left my daughter's appointment with no diagnosis and feeling belittled. He was rude the entire time after waiting almost an hour to see him. The only reason I will go back is for my money back and an apology.
