Patient Comments (2)
in Bonney Lake, WA |
I was there to get exam for cataracts. The assistant/nurse came in and wanted to fit me with new eye glasses or contact lens. I told her that I already had another eye doctor give me brand new contact lens with new prescription about 6 months ago. She left and Dr. Dennis Drouillard came in & sat down and got very close to me with stern face, and he said, "this is how we do things around here and you don't have to be here if you don't want to" I took it as an invitation to leave and I left.
in Auburn, WA |
I wanted for him to come do the new patient eye exam for 20+ minutes. He came in and didn't introduce himself and didn't apologize for running so late. He then looked at my eyes and did his exam for about 5 minutes and then left. Most of the exam was was done by his aids.
