Do not see unless you want to be trapped! After Dr. George stopped working there treatment got crazy & seriously declined. Bonner prescribed massive doses of pain meds making it impossible to see any other pain Dr. & be seen as anything but a drug seeker. I didn't know any better at first, I took my meds & trusted his actions but now I'm acclimated to huge doses & I'm terrified to change Dr's cause I need to be able to function & the med cuts I'll have to take because of it.

Pill mill....show up with a Mri and you get high amounts of opiates after you pay the same office fee every month. Its common knowledge among addicts that you come here for narcotics.

Receptionists are rude. Laughed at my mother for paying co pay in quarters. Dr. Bonner is a condescending jerk. Prescribes his patients high levels of narcotics for pain, then treats them like addicts. Rooms are open, for everyone to hear your medical issues. Yelled at my sick mother for being "skinny" (she had colon cancer.) Said "You're not gonna die under my care." all frustrated and left her with no medication for 2 days because he was mad his nurse told her to take too much. No compassion.

This doctor was very very condescending and treats his patients like they are idiots. He does not even listen to what you have to say. I dreaded going there and am very happy to finally be leaving. Having said that some, not all, but some of the staff were very nice and professional.

Doesn't actually care about patient. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Spent hour+ yelling over the phone with his accountant about taxes using profanity as I waited. Didn't bother helping after having a rough patch and left me for the wolves. Took my money twice for nothing in return with no refund

I've been coming to De Bonner for over a year now and am seriously considering switching doctors. Dr Bonner is a good doctor but the wait times are ridiculous! I have always had to wait 45 mins to an hour to see him or his assistants past my scheduled appointment. Their front desk staff are not friendly and they charge you $25 no show fee if you don't cancel 24 hrs prior, they don't care about your reason for canceling. I'm currently looking for another doctor.

for people who need an alternative treatment (medication as opposed to injections), I would highly recommend Dr. Bonner. The office was clean, the staff was friendly and there was no parrot droppings as stated by another patient. The wait time was appropriate for a new patient. As far as the people looking like addicts, this is pure BS. All I saw were people like me, who are in constant pain and need relief. I almost didn't keep this appointment based on the other reviews but I am glad I did.

This is by far the rudest, most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with at any business facility. I arrived at every appointment 15 minutes prior and was not seen until exactly an hour after my schedule time. I have never even met Dr. Bonner, only his assistants who take about 5 minutes to ask you questions. He should be shut down for malpractice.
