Denise Rable, MD, FACS is a board certified, fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist who has specialized in treating breast disease for more than 15 years. Dr. Rable completed her general surgery residency as well as a two year NIH research fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. She completed her fellowship in breast disease at the University of Oklahoma Institute for Breast Health in Oklahoma City. Dr. Rable practiced general and breast surgery in Norman, Oklahoma for 12 years. While in Norman, she participated in the development and was Medical Director of the Norman Regional Health System Breast Care Center. For the past several years she has focused her practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma entirely on treating breast disease. She is excited to join the INTEGRIS Health System in Oklahoma City where she will continue to devote her practice to treating women (and men) with breast disease. Dr. Rable's practice focuses on diagnosing breast disease and developing the most appropriate treatment plan for each individual. Besides surgical interventions ranging from breast conserving surgeries to preventive mastectomy with reconstruction, her areas of special interest include risk assessment and genetic testing for mutations putting individuals at high risk for developing breast and genetically related cancers.
