I like Dr. Buck, she seems to be concerned with her patients but my experience with the staff has been horrendous. I get attitude when I finally get through. The phone is always routing through to the exchange even when the office is open. Whenever I need to get in to see the doctor I get a sense of irritation that Im calling. Really sad that due to the staff, a good doctor will lose more patients. They are very unprofessional and rude. Looking for a new doctor, sorry to say.

I'm writing because I went to see today for severe lower back pain. Had my appt at 10:30 this morning and while I was there all the staff kept talking about the system being down. I was in so much pain I about lost it in the waiting room; I cried and had to borrow tissues so they knew the amount of pain I'm in. It's now 4:30 and I STILL don't have my prescription called into my pharmacy yet! They could have just written down for me to take up there! So I sat in pain for 6 hours! Thanks Doc.

Dr. Buck cares. Office staff are busy. Quality care. No big costly office, but efficient. NOT PERFECT. Humans run the office.

I LOVE Dr. Buck, but it's very difficult to get through to the office (the phone usually switches over to the after-hours exchange when you call during the workday) and I haven't been able to get in when I've had health emergencies.

She's amazing her staff is unprofessional, lazy and full of attitude. I wish she would fire everyone. They confuse me and my fathers medical records on a consistent basis and speak unintelligibly. I love Dr. Buck. I completely feel uncomfortable around her nurses and assistants.

This office has lost my medical records twice. At my latest visit, she didn't allow me time to tell her about my medical history, even the things she herself had diagnosed me with. She got a list of medications I take, told me that we would find no answers in the bloodwork she was ordering, and that I probably have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This is upon speaking to me for all of five minutes. I felt like she didn't even want to bother trying to find a reason I was sick.
