She is amazing
in Indianapolis, IN |
I would not recommend Dr Larkins to any expecting mother. She is abrasive and rude. Thankfully all the wonderful nurses at community south hospital made my labor and delivery as relaxing and comfortable as possible despite Larkins delaying my delivery for her own comfort, exhausting her patient for absolutely no reason. The other doctors in this practice are great but I won't be returning!

I've been seeing Dr. Larkins for years and have had amazing experiences with easy scheduling, friendliness, and compassion. Dr. Larkins has always listened to my gynecological concerns and went above and beyond with testing to ensure my health is great. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and Dr. Larkins has been amazing every step of the way. I couldn't imagine having any other doctor.

I was went to Debra because of a cyst on one of my ovaries. She didn't look at my ultrasounds until my appointment, she was very rough with my pap-smear causing me to bleed for two days, scheduled me to come back in a month but had people call to reschedule it for her THREE different times during the week before and the day of my second visit, and when I called/left a message about a problem with the medicine I was having three weeks before the second visit was to happen, she never called back.

One of my biggest mistakes was not researching Dr. Larkins before visiting her. She was so terrible. I am shocked she still has a license. She put my life and my child's life in jeopardy because she wouldn't take the time to listen to me. She refused to see me and doubted my claims about bad health. The staff in the nearby hospital advised me to never see her again and find someone else. Her lack of compassion for the patient and the baby is dangerous and should be taken note of.

I only saw her twice, because my doctor wasn't there and she is very rude and rushed the whole time. I felt like I was just another number to her. I definitely don't reccomend her. Go see Salazar instead, he's wonderful!
in Greenwood, IN |
I was terrified when I received Dr. Larkins because of all the negative reviews but I was blown away when I met her. I totally believe every bad review here is due to the patients being a little over sensitive. She tells you how it is and doesn't not sugar coat anything. That is what I want in a doctor. I'm diabetic with multiple miscarriages. My first appointment she was straight forward with a plan for me and I'm being seen every week until she can ensure I'm out of the red zone. She's great!
in indianapolis, IN |
She is arrogant and uncaring. Acts annoyed when you ask questions. Never looks at test results before giving her opinions. I finally switched doctors because I didn't trust her anymore.
in Greenwood, IN |
She was absolutely terrible. I was diagnosed with PCOS and the treatments she would have put me on would have made it 10x worse (according to my fertility specialist). She is extremely rude, has a huge ego, rushes you, and will even yell at you for asking intelligent questions that she can't answer. She was also less than careful with my pap smear after attempting to speak with her. See someone else!
in Greenwood, IN |
Dr. Larkins is very rude. with my previous doctor in Michigan, I had low fluids, I was seen weekly. With Larkins, she tells me once a month still. She is very unpersonable. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Glad I am switching doctors asap!
