Had a horrible experience. First I was one of the first appointments of the day and I waited 45 minutes to see someone. Then I had a question about a specific concern and was told that wasn't included in my visit. I was told I had to make another appointment for that condition to be addressed. The Doctor was short and not very friendly. I wouldn't recommend at all.

After having been a patient for several years, I was told I could no longer get a written prescription for a cream I've used for over fifteen years because she now sells the cream in the office. (Until now, I've never had a problem getting my script fulfilled through my insurance.) But, it is sold in the office at a cost of $100 MORE than I would pay with the GoodRX app and $30 MORE than buying it without GoodRX---and ironically, this office is where I picked up my GoodRX card. It's all about

The staff is extremely rude and does not call me back after questions about my medication. The operators are very irritable when I ask for their help and don’t seem to know what to do, connecting me to a voicemail repeatedly. I am absolutely astounded by their lack of professionalism and knowledge. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so badly in a clinical customer service setting.

I had been thinking about trying something for my new wrinkles (thank you 30s). Dr. Abell was able to look at my face and pointed out what she noticed. Everything was carefully explain to me and they took a bunch of photos so that the results could be seen next time! Dr. Abell took her time and I never felt like she was rushing. I was worried I would look overdone like some people I have seen. But she gave just the right amount and I have never felt better! Plus I got a free microdermabrasion!

Being a long time user of tanning beds, I had seen a couple dermatologists in the past for skin exams that barely took the time to really look at my skin. Dr. Abell was totally different! She took so much time on my skin exam and made me feel like she really cared about my health and making sure she didn't miss anything! She took tons of pictures and had me come back in a couple months to see if anything was changing which I loved and had not seen at any other office. When I returned for my t

Dr Abell and her staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited this office a little while back and was very happy with the outcome. Dr Abell addressed all my concerns and even noticed a small abnormal mole on my back and I am glad she did. Fast forward a little bit and the mole has been dealt with and all is well. I would definitely go back and I would recommend her and her staff.

I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was here. I had no problem scheduling an appointment and getting in to see the doctor. The wait time was normal for any doctors office. Dr. Abell was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She took her time and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend her.

My daughter, husband & I all had neg. experiences w/this Dr. First, a 45 mins to an hour wait is normal. Going early doesn't help. Then, in 2014, out-of-the-blue, we received letters from a COLLECTION AGENCY (me: $60/husband: $25) dating back to 2012 for copays! IMPOSSIBLE as you can't leave the office w/out paying! These phony debts went on our credit reports! We pulled bank records proving we had paid & filed a dispute w/the credit reporting agency to have it removed! I do NOT recommend Abell.

Very difficult to schedule appointments when they close at 4:00 and the answering machine does not pick up when they are closed. I am typically not able to be on my phone in the middle of a weekday to try to call during their office hours. Carolyn and Amy are very friendly and helpful, but appointments always feel very rushed and short. I feel like if I don't remember all of my questions and spit them out within a couple minutes I won't get answers.

Dr. Abell and Amy take the time to explain things, they document and photograph so they can efficiently monitor your moles. I’ve been to other dermatologists that only quickly scan and take no photos. They may run behind on their schedule, but every specialty office does. And they always apologize for the wait. Any questions I have had by phone or in office are always answered. I highly recommend them.
