Deborah Payne, MD, joined Carolina Partners in 2014. Dr. Payne earned her MD from Wright State University School of Medicine where she was a recipient of many merit-based awards for ranking among the top ten students. Dr. Payne completed her residency in child, adolescent, and general psychiatry at Louisiana State University and has previously worked as the Medical Director for Structured Family Interventions and Youth Extensions. Dr. Payne treats ages 3 to 65 in our Durham New Hope Court office providing general medication management. She specializes in family issues, autism, trauma, and developmental disabilities.
