Patient Comments (1)
Park Ridge, IL |
They messed up the billing for a Medicare Welcome visit and it still isn't straightened out almost a year later. The office manager took virtually no action when resolving the issue. I've had to ask Medicare to send me a copy of the billing. There's also the mystery of an extra office charge for the same appointment because I mentioned the word "cough", which, I guess, is not supposed to be mentioned in the Welcome to Medicare office visit or you're charged, even though nothing was done!
