I arrived early for a 3:00 appt. in 2/16, registered and paid a 15.00 copay At aporox. 3:15 I asked if the Dr was running late & told she was, but I was next. The expected wait time was about another 45 mins. In short, I was seen 1.5 hours later, & when the receptionist called the Dr., to ask how soon might I be seen, the Dr hung up on her, then started complaining about me loud enough for me to hear it outside her door to the PT. she was seeing then. I was later billed another 15. Copay.

Community Clinician of the Year according to Mass Medical Society, and it shows. Amazing how much time and care she spends with patients, I have a complicated condition and she explains things very well. I have been coming to her for years. During the holidays I always send a card and she always asks about my family. She has a small town doctor feel despite her Harvard Medical background and decades of experience. An avid painter, her office is homey and beautifully decorated.
