He is a teaching physician so I see a different resident every time I visit the office and rarely see Dr. Naritoku for more than a couple of minutes. However, this is not even the worst part. The staff is careless and lazy. They were supposed to schedule an MRI and stated they would call me back. They never did either. My pharmacy kept calling them to clarify some information on the prescription, but the doctor's staff would never call back and thus my prescription was cancelled. I could go on.
