I saw Dr Dean Nakamura for mitral valve repair. He specializes in the type of surgery. He was extremely knowledgeable, through, compassionate and an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him

Did open heart surgery to replace mitral valve. Punctured pulmonary artery during procedure, but denied "complications" upon direct questioning, even though it had to be sutured twice to stop bleeding. Would not refer to another cardiologist to attend in hospital even when requested. Patient...Read More
