    Woodside, NY |
Dean's surgical coordinator Seline charged me an $8,500 "security deposit" for a service he performed, in case my health insurance company didn't pay them. I filed an appeal, and my insurance paid the surgeon in full. It has now been over 2 months since I have been trying to get my money back, and they have been dodging and lying to me the entire time, with promises of a refund but no refund. Apparently they think it's ok to get paid twice for the same service. Do NOT pay these crooks up front.
