The ER gave me a referral to Dr. Howard after I was seen to rule out post-surgical blood clot. The severe pain was from a Baker's cyst. The E.R. referral form had the wrong address; it is Bakers Ave Extension, rather than Bakers Ave. I called the office to let them know I would be minutes late....more

I haven't been to Dr Howard in a number of years but had to see him on several occasions for difficult issues. The treatment plan always worked. I also found him to be genuinely caring and to always have several less invasive alternatives (physical therapy, course of drugs, etc) to try before...more

Neither the doctor nor the doctors office employees are professional, the staffs behaves very cheap, unprofessional. Dr. Howard, although competent doesn't respect his patients time. He was an hour late for one appointment and i left after 45 minutes on the next.
