Patient Comments (1)
Speaks in a monotone; keeps his distance so he seems aloof at times; insists on keeping away from anything that approaches psychotherapy, if you go there he says he will also charge the patient double, he only wants to talk about medications. I was prescribed seven medications by Dr. Fraser that nearly killed me. One must take the initiative if you choose him as your psychiatrist. At times he seems burnt out, as he has taken on more than he can handle. In other words, he seems very tired.
